1. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Visit our website and browse through our products.
  • Click on the items you'd like to purchase and add them to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete the payment process. 

2. IS IT SAFE TO PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

  • Absolutely! We prioritise the security of your information. Our website uses secure encryption protocols to safeguard your personal and payment details.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. You can find the full list at the checkout.
  • We also accept AFTERPAY to make it as convenient as possible to upgrade and transition to EDILA365 as possible

4. CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.
  • But please call us urgently on 0431 125 983 and we will do our best to solve with you.

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's site.

6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

  • Firstly we are truly sorry – we would love to personally deliver all our items so this doesn’t happen. Please contact hello@edila365.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged item, we will quickly assess it and then call to discuss or send you a replacement. Either way we’ll let you know by email in the first instance. 

7. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes, we do! We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location, which you can view during the checkout process.

8. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

  • Absolutely! We have a hassle-free return policy. We hope it doesn’t happen but if you receive an item and its not what you thought, simply return via standard post it within 30 days we will either replace it with exactly what you want, or refund it.
  • We will also provide you a store credit equal to the shipping cost you paid to receive and send back your return. Just email a photo of your return receipt so we know how much you paid along with your order number to returns@edila365.com.au
  • The 30 days is counted as the period you received the delivery, to the date your return was stamped by the post office or courier company.
