Where product dimensions are shown these are the average dimensions. All production has acceptable tolerance levels and all our production has been quality controlled to meet those tolerances. It means that you may receive products, where the measurements are slightly different to those published, this isn’t a fault. Typically its around 5mm but differs for each item.
If you feel your product may be outside of an acceptable measurement tolerance simply email us your: Order number, Item, Size and a photo of the actual measurement and we’ll let you know.
