SHIPPING TIMES

For domestic standard shipping your items are likely to arrive within 4 – 6 days of your order depending on your location.
For domestic express shipping your items are likely to arrive within 2 – 4 days of your order depending on your location.
Based on airfreight international shipping is likely to take 7 days or longer.
All shipping is an estimate only, all orders received before 12pm are processed for shipping on the same day. Once we release the goods to the freight company we are only able to monitor and provide you guidance on when items are likely to arrive.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic shipping via standard freight is $10.00 additional including GST.
Domestic shipping via express freight is $15.00 additional including GST.
All domestic orders over $120.00 including GST are upgraded to express delivery for no extra charge!
These rates are subject to change.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed on the same day if received by 12pm, all other orders by 12pm the following day. If we have delays to this process we will endeavour to contact you and update you.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.
Other than lost or significantly delayed shipments, we ask you to monitor the freight supplier’s website for updates rather than contacting us. We have the same level of visibility as you.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY

International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
